Yes, I would recommend this course to someone else. The process that you go through takes you where you never thought you’d go which is right where you really need to be.
I feel like I’m seeing myself clearer and deeper than I have throughout my whole life. I’m amazed at what I’ve stuffed in myself and how much has emerged from “my basement”. Everyone deserves to have freedom.
My first two days after taking the course, I was singing in the shower and feeling lighter than I can remember ever feeling, like Scrooge on Christmas morning, feeling like I had a second chance. I've listened to my husband, finally hearing what he was saying, not reacting, but listening to what he was saying. It's been the deepest we've communicated in all the time we've been together (15 years). I also feel more grounded for my children. Most important is that I've let go of a lifetime of guilt!! I feel so free, it's worth singing about.
